I wrote and co-created the film Monsieur Oyster with Douglas Guillot. It’s a sensuous dive into the world of Joel Dupuch, an oyster farmer from the basin of Arcachon who compares eating oysters with kissing the sea on the lips. Commissioned by Nowness & National Geographic.
